An RSVP on Harrier Central is not sufficient--you must email the organizers to secure your spot. Approx. 24 km with 700 m ascent. Lots of forest, lots of hills, shiggy. Drink stops (including water), a swim stop, and some of the best views of Oslo. You should have GPS on your phone. It is longer than you think—self-loathing guaranteed. Bring suitable clothing. This may include wet weather gear, sunscreen, mosquito spray, trail shoes (leave your asphalt shoes behind), extra water if required, and a GPS-enabled map. We will not come looking for you if you get lost. There is plenty of time in the schedule to complete the trails—no need to rush. Circles and lunch will be outdoors.
